Check out all the info you need regarding UFC Fight Night 38: “Shogun vs. Henderson 2,” which takes place TONIGHT (Sun., March 23, 2014) at Nelio Dias Gymnasium in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. The main attraction features a rematch between Mauricio "Shogun" Rua vs. Dan Henderson, meeting for the second time since their epic UFC 139 clash. The main card and the “Prelims” can be seen on FOX Sports 1, with two bouts also airing exclusively on “Fight Pass” digital network.

It's time for another edition of "Buzzfeed!," breaking down UFC Fight Night 38: "Shogun vs. Henderson 2," which takes place tonight (Sun., March 23, 2014) from Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil.

Here is everything you need to know about the mixed martial arts (MMA) event that takes place later this evening from South America.

Who: Mauricio Rua vs. Dan Henderson
What: UFC Fight Night 38
When: Sun., March 23, 2014
Where: Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil
Why It Matters: The only fight that truly matters is the rematch between Mauricio Rua against Dan Henderson. Their UFC 139 main event will go down as the best UFC fight in history, and arguably among the best fight's ever in the history of the sport.

It is a pivotal bout for both, as "Shogun" is trying to pick up where he left off at UFC Fight Night 33 with a knockout win against James Te Huna. On the other hand, "Hendo" is trying to shake off a three-fight losing streak at 43 years of age.

What's Hot: The fact that it's in Brazil?!

There isn't much excitement for this event, except for the main event some want to see ... and others don't.

Also, this event is on a Sunday. Make your own assessment on how you feel about that.

What's Not: Did the rematch need to happen?

Both fighters are at crossroads, with Rua entering this fight with the upper advantage. He's coming off a big win, while Henderson has lost three fights in a row (not to mention, being knocked out in his last effort against Vitor Belfort at UFC Fight Night 32). UFC could have waited to book this fight, because it just feels rushed and unnecessary.

Apart from that, the card is weak. Leonardo Santos against Norman Parke actually made the event poster.

New Blood: The only fighter making his debut on the card is Featherweight Noad Lahat, a product of American Kickboxing Academy (AKA) who is currently undefeated (7-0).

Original Card vs. Actual Card: Almost everything stayed in tact for this card except for Gleison Tibau vs. Mairbek Taisumov. Tibau was forced off the card (because of injury, or a failed drug test, depending on how you look at it), and was replaced by Michel Prazeres.

How "The Prelims" Look: Very mediocre.

There are six fights, headlined by Diego Brandao against Will Chope in the Featherweight division.

The co-main event of the "Prelims" features Ronny Markes against Thiago Santos, while a scrappy contest pitting Jussier Formiga against Scott Jorgensen should be pretty entertaining.

The FOX Sports 1 "Prelims" begins with Thiago Perpetuo against Kenny Robertson, and only exclusively on UFC "Fight Pass" can you see Godofredo Castro against Noad Lahat, along with the first fight of the night, Francimar Barroso against Hans Stringer.

Who Needs A Win Badly: All fingers point to "Hendo" -- who despite losing two questionable fights against Lyoto Machida and Rashad Evans -- has lost three in a row, his latest being the first time he's ever been knocked out in 17 years.

Jussier Formiga against Scott Jorgensen is more or less a loser leaves town match, since Formiga is 1-2 in his last three, while Jorgensen must be feeling more pressure coming into this fight with a record of 1-4 in his last five bouts.

C.B. Dollaway also needs a good performance in the co-main event against Cezar Ferreira, since he's 2-3 in his last five.

Godofredo Castro is presumably gone with a loss against Noad Lahat, since he's 1-3 in UFC thus far.

Kenny Robertson will also be feeling the heat against Thiago Perpetuo, since he enters his bout with a promotional record of 1-3.

Interest Level: 6/10

Some Brazilian Fight Night cards get a bad reputation, but this one is really not great. The main event seems forced, with no real conviction elsewhere to get people watching on a Sunday night.

Most North Americans return to work on Monday morning, so the ratings for this card may not be great, especially with all the other nationwide sporting events taking place this weekend.

"Formiga" is in need of a big performance tonight (Sun., March 23, 2014) to make a name for himself in Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). And he has the opportunity to do that against former top-ranked Bantamweight contender, Scott Jorgensen, at UFC Fight Night 38 ... in his home country no less.

At the dawn of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Flyweight division, Jussier Da Silva was widely regarded as one of its top contenders. With a very impressive mixed martial arts (MMA) record (14-1) before his Octagon debut, "Formiga" was known as a talented fighter skilled in all facets of the sport.

And with his only loss coming to Ian McCall -- one of the other more notable 125-pound standouts at that time -- many MMA fans thought that he might be a contender for the division's title in no time.

Unfortunately, his UFC debut came against The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 14 winner, John Dodson, who quickly exposed da Silva's limitations as a fighter. His speed is not that impressive for a flyweight, which became evident when Dodson continually beat him to the punch and eventually finished him late in the second round.

Dodson had his way with him on the ground, too.

Following that defeat, Da Silva went even (1-1) in his next two bouts, picking up a win over Chris Cariaso, but dropping his next fight to Joseph Benavidez. The Cariaso victory showed some promise, but Benavidez swiftly reminded us of all the shortcomings "Formiga" showed in his loss to Dodson, getting licked with a quick technical knockout just three minutes into the match.

Nonetheless, with the Flyweight division being as weak as it is, da Silva's title hopes are not yet out of the question. He faces Scott Jorgensen tonight (Sun., March 23, 2014) at UFC Fight Night 38, which takes place at Nelio Dias Gymnasium in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil.

And a win over the former No. 1-ranked Bantamweight contender could put him right back into the mix atop the Flyweight division.

Jorgensen is definitely a beatable opponent for Formiga. And to be honest, it is his fight to lose. We have seen Jorgensen's decline in recent fights, and at this he probably doesn't have what it takes to be a top fighter much longer. Jorgensen's only notable advantage over da Silva is likely his wrestling ... and even that hasn't looked too sharp in recent bouts of his.

Formiga will be the fighter more likely to get a finish here, able to dictate how -- and where -- he wants the fight to go.

At UFC Fight Night 38, Jussier "Formiga" da Silva needs to show a little bit of what made him such a hot commodity before coming to UFC. His skills as a fighter are very good, but he will need to improve himself both athletically and technically if he wants to be among the elite in UFC's lightest weight class.

Hopefully, we'll see some of these improvements when he fights Jorgensen tonight and many more as he climbs the contender ladder.

The main event of tonight's (Sun., March, 23, 2014) UFC Fight Night 38: "Henderson vs. Shogun 2" event on Fox Sports 1 in Brazil will feature Dan Henderson vs. Shogun Rua in a rematch of their legendary showdown from UFC 139. Are there title implications? Not really, but it's a rematch from one of the greatest fights in history. What more do you need?

Henderson:

"The first fight with Shogun was 'Fight of the Night' and this next fight is going to be another chess match with a lot of action. When I picture it in my head I want to picture it just like the last fight. Be a little more aggressive, make sure I don't end up on bottom, and looking to finish him at the same time. There's no way he'll knock me out, finish me, or submit me. It's just not gonna happen. I respect Shogun a great deal. He's a tough guy and a great fighter that's very well rounded and dangerous everywhere but I'm going to knock him silly."

Shogun:

"I'll have to fight very focused because Dan Henderson is fast and he has very heavy hands. This time I will be victorious. My goal is to get the UFC belt again. This is my dream, my greatest desire; I know it won't be easy. I have to beat Dan Henderson."

After their epic battle at UFC 139 more than two years ago, Dan Henderson and Mauricio "Shogun" Rua will meet in the Octagon again tonight (Sun., March 23, 2014) in the main event of UFC Fight Night 38. There is nothing to expect but another wild battle between these two warriors.

One of the biggest Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) rematches is set to go down later this evening (Sun., March 23, 2014) at UFC Fight Night 38, which will emanate from Nelio Dias Gymnasium in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil:

Dan Henderson vs. Shogun Rua, who will attempt to remake their classic "Fight of the Year" bout from 2011.

With regard to making an early pick for the "Fight of the Night" for this event, it really couldn't be much easier. Their first encounter in the UFC 139 main event will go down as one of the greatest fights in UFC history ... between two legends of the sport no less.

This rematch can't be that much different -- both men still have incredible heart and chins, throing everything they have at their opponents. Those factors are what made their first fight so amazing, with both men giving each other just about as much as they could handle, battling back from the brink of defeat multiple times to somehow make it to the final bell.

Expect more of the same this time around. Henderson's lauded power is complemented by his aggression, while Shogun's footwork and sharp striking make him a lethal moving target. This bout will see both of these men swing leather at each other just as much as the first time they met, simply because their primary response to getting hit hard is to hit back harder.

Whether the fight hits the mat, enters the clinch or stays at range, neither guy will give his opponent a break. We saw how both Henderson and Shogun went for the finish wherever the fight took place in their first fight, and it's safe to assume either will do their best to push for a finish if they smell blood.

Both men are incredible fighters with incredible careers behind them, and this will certainly be another historic fight for the ages. The names Dan Henderson and Mauricio "Shogun" Rua are already connected after their first classic, and when they meet this evening, expect that they'll make two classic fights between two gritty veterans.

Indeed, at UFC Fight Night 38, expect nothing less than an absolute war between Henderson and Rua. As far as I'm concerned, this will be rounds six through 10 from their first fight, going after one another with reckless abandon just like they did last time out.

Mauricio Rua and Dan Henderson will finally square off in the long-awaited rematch of their UFC 139 classic in the main event of UFC Fight Night 38 this Sunday night (March 23, 2014). With "Hendo" reeling from three straight losses, can "Shogun" finally get on a UFC win streak? Read our fight preview to find out!

This Sunday night (March 23, 2014) Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweights Mauricio Rua and Dan Henderson will face off in the main event of UFC Fight Night 38, airing live on FOX Sports 1 from Ginasio Nelio Dias in Natal, Brazil.

The headlining bout is a rematch of their classic UFC 139 blockbuster, a fight considered to be one of the finest mixed martial arts (MMA) bouts of all-time. Henderson won the 2011 "Fight of the Year"-winning battle by split decision.

Lately, however, it hasn't been the smoothest of roads for the 43-year-old "Hendo." He's lost three straight to top competition, suffering his first-ever striking stoppage loss to a surging Vitor Belfort at UFC Fight Night 32 after dropping decisions to Rashad Evans and Lyoto Machida.

After losing two straight to Chael Sonnen and Alexander Gustafsson, Rua recently got back into the win column with an emphatic first round knockout of James Te Huna at UFC Fight Night 33. Still, his UFC tenure has been marred by bouts of extreme inconsistency.

"Shogun" can win two UFC bouts in a row by avenging what may be his most famous loss. Let's take a look at the keys to victory for Rua vs. Henderson:

Mauricio Rua

Record: 22-8 overall, 6-6 UFC

Key Wins: Quinton "Rampage" Jackson (Pride Total Elimination 2005), Alistair Overeem (Pride Final Conflict 2005, Pride 33), Lyoto Machida (UFC 113), Chuck Liddell (UFC 97), Forrest Griffin (UFC 134)

Key Losses: Jon Jones (UFC 128), Lyoto Machida (UFC 104), Forrest Griffin (UFC 76), Chael Sonnen (UFC Fight Night 26)

Keys to Victory: No. 7-ranked "Shogun" recently moved his camp from his hometown of Curitiba, Brazil, to Sao Paulo in an attempt to change up his game. He's always had the skills to be one of the top light heavyweights in the world, but injuries and preparation issues have seemingly held him back.

All of the wars are beginning to slow Rua, but he's still the younger fighter. He also has more momentum, which should be a huge boost.

If "Shogun's" mind is in the right place, he can definitely end this fight early. "Hendo" showed that his iron chin is beginning to decline against Belfort, and Rua could make no bigger statement than to knock out his fellow former Pride titleholder. He's going to have show up in shape to do so.

Despite his black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Rua has only one submission on his record. With 19 knockouts, you can bet he'll be looking to engage in a firefight right after the opening bell sounds.

He's going to have to be sharp with his clinch work and takedown defense, as "Hendo" has the wrestling background to control the fight up against the cage. Henderson has also tapped out three times, so even if Rua gets taken down, he may find an opportunity for a choke or leglock from the guard.

But, that's probably not going to happen. Both of these fighters want to prove their striking can outlast the other's, so "Shogun" will be unleashing a high torrent of his dangerous Muay Thai in an attempt to get the job done with authority.

Dan Henderson

Record: 29-11 overall, 6-5 UFC

Key Wins: Fedor Emelianenko (Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Henderson), Mauricio Rua (UFC 139), Wanderlei Silva (Pride 33), Vitor Belfort (Pride 32)

Key Losses: Anderson Silva (UFC 82), Vitor Belfort (UFC Fight Night 32), Quinton Jackson (UFC 75), Rashad Evans (UFC 161), Lyoto Machida (UFC 157)

Keys to Victory: No. 8-ranked Henderson is going through the roughest patch of his storied career, and that's understandable. He's getting up there in years and still fighting the best the sport has to offer, but all that could be about to change.

Henderson has been using testosterone-replacement therapy (TRT) since around 2006-2007. The Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) and UFC recently banned the controversial therapy, but "Hendo" already had the paperwork filed for his current exemption.

He'll be able to use TRT for his bout against Rua, and that may pay big dividends.

Obviously Henderson's greatest weapon is his thunderous right hand. The former Pride and Strikeforce champion likes to lead with a quick low kick to set up his massive "H-bomb" over the top, and it's worked to the tune of 13 knockouts over his nearly 17-year career. Although his headhunting strategy hasn't exactly been working as of late, that doesn't mean that Henderson will deviate from it.

Despite his Olympic-level Greco-Roman wrestling background, "Hendo" doesn't look for many takedowns in his fights. He instead favors the right, a weapon that's become both his blessing and his curse.

At this point in time, Henderson is a bit too one-dimensional. Rua has seen what he throws and should adjust accordingly. That means Henderson may have to get a bit lucky. Bullying Rua up against the cage and looking for short uppercuts will help him disrupt "Shogun's" rhythm.

Beyond that, his gameplan will be simple. He'll be looking for the homerun shot.

Bottom Line from Brazil: The bottom line for this fight is that it's going to be nearly impossible to replicate the excitement of their initial classic. A lot has changed since that fateful day, but this should still be an entertaining match.

People will be calling for Henderson's retirement should he lose four straight. "Hendo" recently said he wouldn't give up, even without TRT. However, if he loses to Rua, there just won't be too many places for him to go in UFC.

Rua can vault himself back into (or at least close to) the Top 5 in Natal. He'll have the roaring support of the Brazilian crowd behind him.

Both fighters have solid technical skills, but when the cage door is closed, they love to just slug it out. Barring any unforeseen surprises, this fight should be no different.

Pride is on the line in a rematch of possibly the greatest bout in UFC history. Rua has been more than inconsistent, but I think switching his camp will help his focus a ton. "Hendo" has been showing some severe signs of wear and tear in his three straight losses. He's a legendary champion, but I think his time may have finally come. I'm picking Rua to show up motivated and finally win two in a row in UFC.

Final Prediction: Rua def. Henderson via technical knockout

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweights Cezar Ferreira and CB Dollaway will go to war this Sunday night (March 23, 2014) in the co-main event of UFC Fight Night 38, airing live on FOX Sports 1 from Ginasio Nelio Dias in Natal, Brazil.

The Ultimate Fighter (TUF): "Brazil" 1 winner Ferreira has been on a tear as of late, winning his last three mixed martial arts (MMA) bouts. "Mutante" was last seen defeating Daniel Sarafian via split decision at UFC Fight Night 32.

After winning two straight over Sarafian and Jason Miller, Dollaway lost his last fight, a split decision to Tim Boetsch at UFC 166. Overall "Doberman" has lost three out of his past five and badly needs a win to hold onto any shred of relevancy.

That could make him a dangerous man, or one that's simply on the way out.

Let's take a look at the keys to victory for Ferreira vs. Dollaway:

*****

Cezar Ferreira

Record: 7-2 overall, 3-0 UFC

Key Wins: Daniel Sarafian (UFC Fight Night 32), Sergio Moraes (UFC 147), Thiago Santos (UFC 163)

Key Losses: Antonio Braga Neto (XFC Brazil 1)

*****

CB Dollaway

Record: 13-5 overall, 7-5 UFC

Key Wins: Jason Miller (UFC 146), Daniel Sarafian (UFC on FX 8)

Key Losses: Mark Munoz (UFC on Versus 3), Tim Boetsch (UFC 166), Tom Lawlor (UFC 100)

*****

Vitor Belfort-trained protégé "Mutante" is a freakishly large and powerful middleweight, hence the nickname. His game has been progressing by leaps and bounds as a member of South Florida's Blackzilians team.

His takedown offense looked effective against Sarafian, but his stand-up left something to be desired. Still, he has three knockout wins in seven total victories, making him a serious threat to Dollaway, who's been finished by strikes twice.

With a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, "Mutante's" submissions are probably his best weapon. However, it's going to be tough to get NCAA Division I All-American wrestler Dollaway in many disadvantageous positions on the mat. Ferreira was able to take down Sarafian relatively easily; that most likely won't be the case against Dollaway.

Still, Ferreira has the skills to submit Dollaway.

"Doberman" has a decent record in UFC, but he lacks a signature win to give him any true relevancy. He's been extremely inconsistent in the Octagon, so defeating Ferreira is the only chance he has to right the ship. He has to stay focused on the task at hand because "Mutante" can end any fight in an instant.

The TUF 7 veteran has a well-rounded game, but hasn't really dispatched anyone with strikes lately. He's been mostly content to use his wrestling to decision his foes, and he may be able to do something similar to Ferreira. He just can't get careless and find himself in a fight-ending submission hold.

Although Cezar Ferreira vs. CB Dollaway is another close match-up on paper, I think it's "Mutante" who continues to grow in his MMA skills and abilities. It's tough to say the same about the stagnating Dollaway. Eager to put on a show for his homeland fans, expect Ferreira to score his fourth straight Octagon victory at UFC Fight Night 38.

Final Prediction: Ferreira def. Dollaway via submission
