Former Cage Warriors champion Paddy Pimblett lived up to all the hype earlier today (Sat., Sept. 4, 2021) at UFC Vegas 36 live on ESPN+ from inside UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, when “Baddy” stopped game striker Luigi Vendramini via first-round TKO (punches).
Pimblett came out confident and launched crazy head kicks and spinning attacks to make his presence known. Vendramini fired back and landed a powerful counter that temporarily checked the English prospect. But that didn’t stop Pimblett as he kept pushing forward with combinations and caught Vendramini bad along the cage. A final flurry from “Baddy” put Vendramini down for the count.

This could not have gone any better for Pimblett who enters UFC as one of the hottest prospects in the sport. He looked dangerous, comfortable, and desperate to earn a memorable finish in his Octagon debut. Luckily for fight fans everywhere, Pimblett cashed in when it mattered most and walked away with a monster performance.
