The legendary Evander Holyfield will make his unexpected return to boxing this evening (Sat., Sept. 11, 2021) live on FITE TV pay-per-view (PPV) from inside Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla., when the former heavyweight champion of the world meets former UFC champion Vitor Belfort inside of the squared circle.

LIVE! Watch ‘Paul Vs. Diaz’ On DAZN PPV

READY FOR WAR! International superstar and serial risk-taker, Jake “The Problem Child” Paul, is once again up against a very big (and very different) challenge in regard to his budding combat sports career when he takes on former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) superstar (and Conor McGregor slayer), Nate Diaz, inside American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, on Sat., Aug. 5, 2023, streaming live on DAZN pay-per-view (PPV). “Paul vs. Diaz” which will also feature multiple-time women’s boxing champion, Amanda Serrano, battling former WBO queenpin, Heather Hardy, for the undisputed Featherweight title in DAZN’s PPV co-main event. Special start time is slated for 8 p.m. ET, with a PPV price tag of $59.99.

Don’t miss a single second of face-punching action!

Belfort, who was originally expected to fight Oscar De La Hoya at this event, will be making his second professional boxing appearance. The MMA knockout artist found out just one week ago that his opponent for tonight would be Holyfield after De La Hoya pulled out of the fight due to COVID. It’s certainly a big switch, but “Phenom” seems ready nonetheless to put a hurting on a former world champion and become the next MMA star to have success inside of the boxing ring.

Holyfield, on the other hand, has nothing left to prove. The 58-year-old legend has been involved in some of the biggest heavyweight fights of all time and is stepping up on short notice to prove his experience is still measurable inside of the ring. “Real Deal” also jumped at an opportunity to score a nice PPV payday and to position himself for more high-profile matchups heading into next year.

Ahead of Saturday’s main event fight fans can check out the full fight video preview for Holyfield vs. Belfort above, courtesy of Triller’s “Legends II” docuseries. We’ll have to wait and see if Holyfield is biting off more than he can chew or if Belfort can stop a living legend in his return to boxing.

Mania will deliver LIVE coverage of the FITE pay-per-view (PPV) main card RIGHT HERE, kicking off at 7 p.m. ET.
