Derrick Lewis roasts reporter at UFC 265 presser: ‘Excuse my French, but f—k you and f—k him’

Derrick Lewis delivers eloquent response to Ciryl Gane and a French reporter at UFC 265’s pre-fight press conference.

A French reporter entered enemy soil at the UFC 265 pre-fight press conference (watch it here) and was served a major “L” by Derrick Lewis.

Lewis (25-7) and Ciryl Gane (9-0) will headline UFC 265 in a UFC interim Heavyweight title fight, taking place inside Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, on Sat., Aug. 7, 2021, via ESPN+ pay-per-view (PPV). Ahead of the fight, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) set up a pre-fight presser.

MASSIVE MIDDLEWEIGHT MATCH! Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) makes its highly anticipated return to Sydney, Australia, for the first time in five years on Sat., Sept. 9, 2023, with a 185-pound world title fight inside Qudos Bank Arena. In the ESPN+-streamed pay-per-view (PPV) main event, Middleweight roost-ruler, Israel Adesanya, plans to silence No. 5-seeded contender, Sean Strickland. In UFC 293’s hard-hitting Heavyweight co-main event, No-6-ranked fan favorite, Tai Tuivasa, locks horns with towering Russian, Alexander Volkov (No. 8).

“Derrick, how would it feel to get beat by a Frenchman in front of your fans?” the brave reporter asked “Black Beast.”

“You’re going to have to excuse my French, but f—k you and f—k him,” Lewis replied to an overwhelmingly approving roar from the Houston crowd.

The winner of Lewis (No. 2) vs. Gane (No. 3) will be the rightful challenger to UFC Heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou’s crown. Other notable bouts on the card include ranked bantamweights Jose Aldo vs. Pedro Munhoz in the co-headliner, plus Michael Chiesa vs. Vicente Luque, Tecia Torres vs. Angela Hill and Song Yadong vs. Casey Kenney.
