HIGH STAKES LIGHTWEIGHT MATCHUP! Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returns to UFC APEX on Sat., Sept. 23, 2023, with a high stakes 155-pound showdown as No. 6-ranked contender, Rafael Fiziev, takes on No. 7-seeded Mateusz Gamrot. In UFC Vegas 79’s co-main event, No. 12-ranked Featherweight contender, Bryce Mitchell, steps back into the Octagon against No. 13-seeded Dan Ige.

Don’t miss a single second of face-punching action!

Cosce was in control in the early going as he used his wrestling to bank some valuable top time. In Round 2, Rowe unloaded strikes from range and then rocked Cosce with heavy body shots, knees to the head, and hard combinations inside. Cosce survived for a few minutes until Rowe leveled him with another couple of knees knee and a straight right hand along the cage.

This was a pretty big win for Rowe who came up short in his own debut against Gabriel Green back in February. Rowe has a 100 percent finishing rate so it will be interesting to see how much punishment he can dish out his next time out. This outing was pretty impressive.
