VanZant previously captured a submission win over Ostovich back in early 2019.

“I don’t think anybody ever doubts me, honestly, I’ve been doing this for so long,” VanZant said. “I was in the UFC for six years, this is just part of the fight game. Going into this one I have all the confidence in the world. I feel like I did everything I could for the last camp and I’ve done even more for this one.”
