Pushing! Shoving! Dana White caught ‘taking pictures’ during UFC Vegas 25 staredowns (Video)

New, 83 comments

UFC President Dana White recently admonished matchmaker Sean Shelby for his inability to keep Jeremy Stephens from getting physical with Drakkar Klose during their pre-fight staredown earlier this month, claiming the only reason a promotion official is on stage is to prevent physicality.

And potential injuries.

“We’re not standing there to look good and take pictures,” White insisted. “We’re there to make sure that doesn’t happen.”

I guess looking good and taking pictures was too hard to resist, even for White, who let light heavyweight maniac Ion Cutelaba reach out and touch someone during the UFC Vegas 25 weigh-in staredowns.

Opponent Dustin Jacoby, to be exact.

Cutelaba and Jacoby will throw hands (again) on the UFC Vegas 25 main card tomorrow night (Sat., May 1, 2021) inside the promotion’s APEX facility in Las Vegas, Nevada, an ESPN2/ESPN+ lineup topped by the 205-pound showdown between Dominick Reyes and Jiri Prochazka.
