Face off! Jake Paul stares down Tyron Woodley in bank robber cosplay (Video)

Social media sensation Jake Paul came face-to-face with former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley at the conclusion of the “Leave No Doubt” pre-fight press conference on Thursday, held in advance of their Showtime pay-per-view (PPV) boxing rematch scheduled for this Sat. night (Dec. 18, 2021) inside Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.

Leave No Doubt! International superstar, Jake “The Problem Child” Paul, will face former UFC Welterweight champion, Tyron “The Chosen One” Woodley (not Tommy Fury), in a rematch of their August clash (won by Paul) in an eight-round boxing showdown set for Sat., Dec. 18, 2021, streaming online via Showtime pay-per-view (PPV) in North America and FITE.tv around the globe. “Paul vs. Woodley 2,” which will take place inside Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla., start time is slated for 9 p.m. ET, with a PPV price tag of $59.95.

Don’t miss a single second of face-punching action!

So why was Paul dressed like the lost member of Pussy Riot?

“They’re like, ‘Oh you got Tyron Woodley now,’” Paul said about losing original opponent, Tommy Fury, to a late injury. “No problem. That’s why I got the ski mask on. They’re gonna give me a big bag to go and beat the guy I already beat? This is a bank robbery.”

Paul edged his way past Woodley in their first go-round last August, a cruiserweight affair that could have been easily been scored for “The Chosen One” with little controversy. As a result, “The Problem Child” offered Woodley a $500,000 bonus for knocking him out the second time around.

Hopefully one of them can “Leave No Doubt” so we can move on from this charade.

This weekend’s Showtime PPV will also feature a lightweight co-main event pitting pound-for-pound sensation Amanda Serrano against once-beaten rising star Miriam Gutierrez. In addition, the network has assembled a special “NBA vs. NFL” heavyweight attraction featuring former cager Deron Williams against ex-gridiron goon Frank Gore.

Elsewhere on the card, undefeated upstarts Liam Paro and Yomar Alamo get 10 rounds to settle their junior welterweight score.
