UFC 259 is no longer “Location TBA” and there’s even a chance you could be there to see it with a little luck.

UFC’s recent pattern of one month “Fight Island,” two months Las Vegas continues ...

The promotion has been shuttling its shows back-and-forth between Abu Dhabi and its UFC APEX arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, since a brief stint in Florida marked its return to action in May. A pattern emerged: July on “Fight Island,” August / September in Las Vegas. October on “Fight Island,” November / December Las Vegas. We just went through January back on “Fight Island,” and now UFC President, Dana White, has taken the “Location TBA” tag off its big February / March event schedule.

UFC 259 on March 6, 2021, will go down at UFC Apex in Las Vegas, and for the first time a small group of fans have the chance of winning their way into the building. Watch White’s announcement and the promo below:

UFC 259 is a pretty stacked card, featuring three title fights (and five belts). Middleweight champ Israel Adesanya is headed up to Light Heavyweight to challenge 205-pound champ Jan Blachowicz. Current double champ, Amanda Nunes, will defend her women’s Featherweight belt against Megan Anderson. And Bantamweight champ Petr Yan will defend against Aljamain Sterling. Imagine being one of the handful of fans allowed into the building to witness this!

Here’s the full UFC 259 fight card as it stands now:

  • Jan Blachowicz vs. Israel Adesanya — Light Heavyweight title fight
  • Amanda Nunes vs. Megan Anderson — Featherweight title fight
  • Petr Yan vs. Aljamain Sterling — Bantamweight title fight
