Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has booked a championship tripleheader for the upcoming UFC 251 pay-per-view (PPV) fight card, recently made official for Sat., July 11, 2020 on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.

In addition to the Kamaru Usman vs. Gilbert Burns headliner, UFC will ask Alexander Volkanovski (21-1) and Max Holloway (21-5) to run it back for the 145-pound strap in the five-round co-main event. “The Great” topped “Blessed” when they first went to war at UFC 245 last December.

Before that do-over gets underway, former featherweight champion Jose Aldo (28-6) will try to capture the vacant 135-pound crown against the rough-and-tumble Petr Yan (14-1), a championship showdown made possible by the hasty retirement of former bantamweight kingpin Henry Cejudo.

Elsewhere on the card, Rose Namajunas looks to avenge her strawweight loss to fellow ex-champion Jessica Andrade, while Paige VanZant completes the final fight of her UFC contract against venerable flyweight Amanda Ribas.

UFC 251 is quickly shaping up to be one of the best fight cards of the year.
