Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) held its traditional open workouts earlier today ahead of UFC 248 this weekend (Sat., March 7, 2020), which is locked and loaded for T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The main- and co-main event participants were on hand to show off some of their best moves to give fight fans a taste of what’s to come on the ESPN+ pay-per-view (PPV) main card.
For starters, Yoel Romero, who will face current Middleweight champion, Israel Adesanya, in the headlining act, showed off his judo throws by tossing one of his trainers around the mat. And if you think trainers have an easy job, you’ll likely change your mind after seeing the lumps the man took courtesy of “Soldier of God.”
Also, Weili Zhang, who will defend her women’s Strawweight title against Joanna Jedrzejczyk, showed off her speed and power as she abused the mitts and likely left her training partner with some sore hands afterward.

As for Adesanya, he took time out of his workout to hold a kicking contest between two fans two see who had the goods.
