UFC Brasilia bonuses: Gilbert Burns leads $50K winners with TKO finish over Maia

Things got a little weird earlier tonight (Sat., Mar. 14, 2020) at UFC Fight Night 170 live on ESPN+ from inside Nilson Nelson Gymnasium in Brasilia, Brazil, as all 12 bouts were staged behind closed doors due to the coronavirus outbreak, but the action still delivered as expected.

In the main event of the evening, Charles Oliveira was able to take out lightweight contender Kevin Lee with a definitive third-round guillotine (see it HERE), extending his UFC record to 14 total submission finishes. The co-main event saw streaking welterweight contender Gilbert Burns score an impressive TKO finish over former UFC title challenger and future Hall of Famer Demian Maia (see it HERE).

Fight fans also got to witness a true barn burner between women’s flyweights Maryna Moroz and Mayra Bueno Silva that graced the UFC Brasilia “Prelims” card. Not to mention the 44-second submission finish by Renato Moicano that snapped a record-tying nine straight decisions.

In order to sift through the action and see which fighters took home an extra $50,000, we take a closer look at the official UFC Brasilia bonus winners below:
