Reigning Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo will defend his 125-pound strap against No. 1-ranked contender Brandon Moreno in the UFC 256 pay-per-view (PPV) main event TONIGHT (Sat., Dec. 12, 2020) inside the promotion’s APEX facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Figueiredo (19-1) captured the crown by smashing Joseph Benavidez back in July, then made a speedy title defense against Alex Perez just last month. As for Moreno (18-5-1), he punched his ticket to a flyweight title shot by winning three straight and four of his last five, including his UFC 255 finish over Brandon Royval.
