Shortly after making quick work of Jamey Simmons at UFC Vegas 13 last weekend (Sat., Nov. 7, 2020) in Las Vegas, Nevada (watch it), Giga Chikadze asked for a quick turnaround, preferably against hard-hitting Featherweight Jeremy Stephens. And “Lil’ Heathen” has accepted Chikadze’s callout on social media, saying that he’d be more than willing to be his huckleberry, as long as Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) can book the fight for next month.
“Nice fight Giga Chikadeze, I accept for December butt cheeks let’s go UFC,” he wrote on Twitter. Stephens hasn’t competed since getting knocked out by Calvin Kattar at UFC 249 this past summer, which was his fourth loss in last five outings.
Chikadze, on the other hand, just keeps on winning as his victory over Simmons was his seventh in a row. If UFC officials agree to make this fight, it will be Chikadze’s fifth fight of 2020, all in the span of just 10 months.
