Gina Mazany made a successful debut at flyweight earlier tonight (Sat., Nov. 28, 2020) at UFC Vegas 15 live on ESPN+ from inside UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada, when she stopped Rachael Ostovich via third-round TKO (body kick and punches).
Despite some nice reversals and counter power shots, Ostovich didn’t do much of anything in this fight. Mazany was the much longer fighter and proved to be the stronger competitor as well, taking Ostovich down multiple times and threatening with chokes and punches.
Towards the end of the third, Mazany was able to launch a body kick that decimated Ostovich and forced her to cover up and fall to the canvas.
