Nate Maness scored the biggest win of his career earlier tonight (Sat., Nov. 28, 2020) at UFC Vegas 15 live on ESPN+ from inside UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada, when he finished veteran Luke Sanders via second-round submission (rear-naked choke).
This was not an easy outing for Maness who ate a plethora of power punches early and fell behind on the scorecards. It looked like Sanders was going to continue his efforts in the second round as he had Maness up against the cage eating shots, but Maness ended up catching Sanders with a huge right hand. Sanders fell to the canvas, Maness pounced on top, and eventually secured the submission finish.

With this performance, Maness secures his second-straight UFC win after taking out Johnny Munoz in his Octagon debut back in August. The 29-year-old prospect had to fight from behind to get this win, but he seems ready to push towards the bantamweight top 15 entering next year.
