Knockout! Watch Sean Strickland demolish Brendan Allen with strikes at UFC Vegas 14

Sean Strickland is ready for his shot at the top 15 after taking out middleweight Brendan Allen via second-round TKO (punches) earlier tonight (Sat., Nov. 14, 2020) at UFC Vegas 14 live on ESPN+ from inside UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada.

While Allen came out swinging heavy leather and whipping lead leg kicks this was Strickland’s fight from the opening bell. He effortlessly landed short punches from range and inside while doing serious damage with his jabs and hooks. Allen was tough and hung in as long as he could, but Strickland landed a brutal right-left combination in the second round that put him in serious danger. Strickland followed up with perfectly-placed punches as Allen covered up and the referee stepped in.

With this performance, Strickland improves to 2-0 since moving up to middleweight just 14 days ago and captures his third-straight overall Octagon victory. The 29-year-old finally looks to be piecing everything together since coming back from a brutal motorcycle accident and may have just opened the door to the middleweight top 15.
