Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) can’t wait to crown the “baddest motherfucker” on its talented mixed martial arts (MMA) roster, inviting top-ranked Welterweight contenders Jorge Masvidal (No. 3) and Nate Diaz (No. 6) to New York City to promote their upcoming pay-per-view (PPV) main event at UFC 244, which takes place inside nearby Madison Square Garden on Nov. 2, 2019.
The live press conference will take place today (Thurs., Sept. 19, 2019) at 7 p.m. ET at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in New York City, which is located at the Seaport District in Lower Manhattan. UFC 244’s inaugural pre-fight press conference, which will be emceed by company president Dana White, is free to attend and open to the public.
In addition to expletive-laden trash talk and loosely-controlled chaos, a potentially volatile staredown will almost certainly be on today’s menu — you aren’t going to want to miss it.
