Welcome to Midnight Mania!
The Korean Zombie, Chan Sung Jung, was last seen in the Octagon in a 2018 Fight of the Year contender against Yair Rodriguez. On pace to win a decision, Sung Jung committed to a combination with one second to go. Yair threw an up-elbow at an angle we have never seen before in MMA, and knocked the Korean Zombie out cold. It was, quite possibly, the greatest KO in UFC history. Now, he has verbally agreed to return against contender Renato Moicano in an amazing scrap. The Brazilian Moicano last lost a title eliminator by technical knockout to the great Jose Aldo.

The scrap will determine who is poised to bounce back into contention for Max Holloway’s title. The tough Hawaiian came up just short in a fight with Dustin Poirier for the interim lightweight championship. His future is, at the moment, uncertain- will he return to the tough weight cut to 145 pounds, or will he elect to remain at 155? Another moving piece is Alexander Volkanovski’s bout with Jose Aldo. If Aldo defeats the current top contender in Volkanovski, there will be no consensus for the next title shot, as Aldo himself has lost twice to Holloway.
Therefore, the winner of this bout could find themselves abruptly in a very good position with an impressive win. UFC Greenville is slated for June 22, and is the UFC’s first-ever event in South Carolina. Other notable scraps include flyweight Andrea Lee vs. Montana de la Rosa, and Bryan Barberena vs. Randy Brown.
This is awesome.

Francis Ngannou celebrates labor day May 1st.
Grew up with a tradition of celebrating labor day every May 1st and that was mostly the only thing that belonged to me since before I turned 10.— Francis Ngannou (@francis_ngannou) May 1, 2019

Corey Anderson calls out Dominick Reyes. That’s a great matchup, and I hope the UFC make it.
Yo @DomReyes I heard you talking loud on the mic after your Volkan fight calling the Champ. But you been quiet when I say your name? There's no other fight to make. Let's make it happen!! @ufc @Mickmaynard2 @danawhite @AliAbdelaziz00 #ufc #signthedottedline #manup— Corey Anderson UFC (@CoreyA_MMA) May 1, 2019

The most challenging & most fun thing to do in life is to just step out of your lane and try different shit....that's what this was for me & @magicantonio ....We said fuck it and actually got into the ring and went at it. It was by far the most challenging thing ever. Major thank you to @dopepickwan for the video ....I gotta give @magicantonio credit because he didn’t let me fight the fight that I wanted to...He wouldn’t let me get inside and fight a small mans fight...He grabbed me and tied me up every chance he got and it killed my legs...I was dead in the 3rd. Great strategy u big nose jackass Rematch coming in 2022 #hartvsesfandiari
