Crawford vs Khan results: LIVE fight coverage, play-by-play updates

The other candidate for boxing’s pound-for-pound crown, former undisputed Super Lightweight champion Terence Crawford, faces veteran Amir Khan in the second defense of his Welterweight title tonight (Sat., April 20, 2019) inside Madison Square Garden in New York, New York. will deliver LIVE coverage of the main event below, with the four-fight pay-per-view (PPV) broadcast beginning at 9 p.m. ET this evening.

After claiming all four major belts at 140 pounds, Crawford (34-0, 25 KO) successfully debuted at Welterweight with a beating of Jeff Horn to earn the WBO belt. Four months later, he handed Jose Benavidez Jr. the first loss of his career for Crawford’s eighth knockout in nine fights.

Khan (33-4, 20 KO) is undefeated (2-0) since getting knocked into another dimension by Canelo Alvarez, dominating Phil Lo Greco and Samuel Vargas.

If you’re interested, the main card also includes top prospects Teofimo Lopez and Shakur Stevenson, as well as former “Prospect of the Year” Felix Verdejo attempting to get his career back on track.
