Julia Budd defends Featherweight title against Olga Rubin in Oklahoma on July 12

Bellator MMA women’s Featherweight champion Julia Budd (12-2) will look to build on her impressive 10-fight win streak, which runs all the way back to 2012, when she locks horns with undefeated contender, Olga Rubin (6-0), at WinStar World Casino and Resort in Thackerville, Okla., on Fri., July 12, 2019.

It’s the same familiar venue that most recently hosted Bellator 218: “Sanchez vs. Karakhanyan 2” on March 22, 2019.

Budd’s most recent title defense at Bellator 202 was her most impressive to date, scoring a third round technical knockout over the previously undefeated Talita Nogueira. And Rubin could be the next contender whose “O” has got to go. Hailing from Holon, Israel, Rubin has been steadily working her way up the ladder with three divisional wins since coming to Bellator MMA, most recently busting her opponent’s nose in a three-round war at Bellator 217 in Dublin.
