Midnight Mania! In case you were wondering, Ronda Rousey is still bad at shadowboxing

Bringing you the weird and wild from the world of MMA each and every weeknight

Welcome to Midnight Mania!

Shadowboxing is an odd practice, and admittedly, not every fighter looks good doing it. Paulo Costa, to pull a random example, looks downright ridiculous in this amazing and underrated clip captioned ‘opening my way to sky brutally’. Former UFC bantamweight champion and current WWE star Ronda Rousey was able to score knockouts during her historic undefeated run in the UFC without ever developing the ability to look good punching the air.

Today being the two-year anniversary of Derrick Lewis’ infamous post-fight interview “Where’s Ronda Rousey’s fine ass at?”, I wanted to wish her well in her wrestling career, and I’m happy she is able to make money doing something she loves.

But she still can’t shadowbox.

And then, of course, there is this:

Jon Jones says, with the track record to prove it, that he would have gone after someone shoving him in the chest during a face-off. Still, he respects Anthony Joshua for his restraint.

I never thought about this possibility
