UFC 227 final payouts, salaries for ‘Dillashaw vs Garbrandt 2’ in Los Angeles

The checks have been written for the folks doing work at the UFC 227 pay-per-view (PPV) event, held last Saturday night (Aug. 4, 2018) inside Staples Center in Los Angeles, and are now delivered to your hands courtesy of California State Athletic Commission.

Leading the payday way is former UFC Flyweight Champion Demetrious Johnson, who surrendered his 125-pound strap to division rival Henry Cejudo after five rounds of back-and-forth action (recap).

Don’t worry, “Mighty Mouse” has 380,000 reasons to feel better about himself.

Close behind him with $350,000 is reigning bantamweight kingpin TJ Dillashaw. Cody Garbrandt, who succumbed to the champ by way of first-round technical knockout, takes home $200,000 in defeat.

Keep in mind the salaries listed above do not include fight bonuses, Reebok sponsorships, percentages and other unofficial payments. It also does not include deductions for expenses such as insurance, taxes, etc.
