I guess if I was on the receiving end of 100 takedowns, I would fight like a chicken too.
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight titleholder, Khabib Nurmagomedov, will make his very first title defense against ex-division champion, Conor McGregor, at the upcoming UFC 229 pay-per-view (PPV) event this October in Las Vegas, Nevada.
And he’s already dreaming of the finish.
“This fight is biggest fight in UFC history,” Nurmagomedov said. “My dream is, smash this guy. My dream is like, make this guy chicken inside the cage. What I want? Cage closed, then we know everything. I don’t see how he gonna beat me.”
According to the champ, McGregor has a big left hand ... and nothing else.
This feud has been brewing every since the fake contract fiasco back in late 2016. The pot boiled over when Nurmagomedov clowned “Notorious” stablemate Artem Lobov, which led to the infamous dolly-throwing incident and ultimately, this fight.
