Holy s—t! Anthony ‘Rumble’ Johnson is JACKED in latest weight-lifting video

Please keep him away from sharp objects.

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight title contender, Anthony Johnson, appears to be making the most of his mixed martial arts (MMA) retirement, which is not governed by the snoops at United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA).

And since “Rumble” can train to get thick and swole — and not have to worry about fight mechanics like flexibility and dexterity — he’s free to pump iron until he explodes like “Thunder” from Big Trouble in Little China.

Johnson (22-6), widely-considered one of the most devastating knockout punchers in any weight class, walked away from cage fighting following his submission loss to Daniel Cormier at UFC 210 in early 2017, the second time he lost to “DC” after returning to the Octagon roughly four years back.

The 34 year-old “Rumble” once competed at welterweight.

It’s unlikely Johnson will ever make his UFC return but if he did, the promotion would probably have to create a super heavyweight division.
