Birthday boy Conor McGregor has a second child on the way

From double champ to double the children.

It looks like Conor McGregor is going to have another baby with his longtime girlfriend Dee Devlin. While no official announcement has been made, the news has come out through social media postings from McGregor’s family as they wish Conor a happy birthday. First, from Dee herself:

”Happy 30th birthday babe!” she wrote on Instagram. “Thank you for being you! Love you to bits from me, Conor jr and the bump.”

News outlets had been speculating for the past week on whether Dee was pregnant after she showed up to a friend’s birthday party with a baby bump. If her reference to ‘the bump’ doesn’t convince you, take a look at this birthday cake Conor’s dad Tony is cutting that features an icing rendition of a pregnant Dee with Conor touching her stomach.

It’s been a pretty quiet time for McGregor, who hasn’t competed in combat sports since his boxing superfight with Floyd Mayweather in August of 2017. A criminal melee in the parking garage of the Barclays Arena leading up to UFC 223 has left him in a holding pattern with the UFC pending a July 26th court date in New York, and now we have to wonder whether this news could impact a much anticipated fight with Khabib Nurmagomedov originally expected to go down before the end of the year.

McGregor welcomed his first child, Conor Jr., in May of 2017.
