Those of you who have $5 million laying around can now buy The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) house in Las Vegas.
According to a recent listing on Zillow, the house that has been used to film TUF over the past 13 years has officially been placed on the market for a whopping $4,999,000.
From the official Zillow description:
Once family home of legendary casino owner, this timeless estate is privately gated w/resort-style grounds. The residence of Hollywood legends, home is in motion picture heading to theaters & currently airing weekly on reality show about professional fighting. This Luxurious property includes 9 bedrooms, home theater, 8 car garage, & 2 bedroom guest house. Gated pool/spa/waterfall & at 10,000 sq ft, this dream home is perfect for entertaining.
With Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) moving over from FOX to ESPN in 2019, TUF was unlikely to make the cut. The reality show is currently wrapping up its 27th season with the 28th set to air this August on FOX Sports 1.
“We’re coming up on the latest season of The Ultimate Fighter,” UFC president Dana White said earlier this year. “We don’t know. It might be the last one. 13 years, The Ultimate Fighter has gone, it’s incredible.”
Now that the TUF house is on sale to be purchased by any high roller looking to wake up to Conor McGregor pictures, it makes sense for the reality show to follow suit. Because if the show continued into its 29th season where the hell would UFC film it?
At the end of the day, TUF was a smashing success. It produced countless world champions like Forrest Griffin, Rashad Evans, Michael Bisping, T.J. Dillashaw, Rose Namajunas, Tony Ferguson, and Matt Serra, as well as notable UFC stars like Nate Diaz, Kelvin Gastelum, Ryan Bader, Roy Nelson, and Diego Sanchez.
Not too shabby, but all things must come to an end.
