Ronda Rousey suspended from WWE following controversial segment on RAW

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women’s bantamweight champion, Ronda Rousey, was suspended from World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) during last night’s (June 18, 2018) edition of Monday Night RAW, thanks to a controversial segment in which “Rowdy” blew her stack and attacked fellow wrestler Alexa Bliss, along with general manager Kurt Angle.

As a result, the mixed martial arts (MMA) trailblazer, who is expected to earn her UFC Hall of Fame induction next month in Las Vegas, Nevada, will spend 30 days on the bench, a huge setback following her Money in the Bank (MITB) pay-per-view (PPV) showdown against Nia Jax inside Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois (watch the replay here).

That said, Rousey might need “foreign object” lessons from “Filthy” MLW star Tom Lawlor.

And if you’re thinking “this isn’t real, why is it being covered on an MMA news site” or “who cares, Rousey retired and wrestling is fake” or even “shut up you creepy man-child,” I encourage you to lodge your complaint in the comments section below, as it’s just another click on the meter and I’ve already won.
