UFC 225 results, recap, and link wrap-up: Whittaker, Covington are golden in Chi-town, CM Punk is not

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returned to the “Windy City” last Saturday night (June 9, 2018) with its UFC 225: “Whittaker vs. Romero” pay-per-view (PPV) mixed martial arts (MMA) event, held inside United Center in Chicago, Illinois.

And it was a doozy.

Despite missing weight, Yoel Romero was able to make his Robert Whittaker fight and the two delivered a middleweight war for the ages. In the UFC 225 co-headliner, Colby Covington backed up his trash talk by beating up former lightweight kingpin Rafael dos Anjos.

Missed the event? Too hungover to remember what happened?

No worries, as we’ve gone ahead and compiled links to all of the top stories coming out of “Whittaker vs. Romero,” including breaking news, highlights, reactions, results, recaps, and more, all conveniently laid out in the UFC 225 wrap-up post below.
