I guess this guy wasn’t returning his calls?
Longtime rapper and combat sports aficionado, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, recently met with Bellator MMA President Scott Coker, who likes to spend those Viacom bucks buying lunch for people who shouldn’t be cage fighting.
While there was no explanation for their impromptu meet up, Jackson later took to his Instagram page to throw shade — or whatever the kids are calling it these days — at former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton Jackson, who not coincidentally, competes for Bellator MMA.
“Don’t get it fucked up,” the veteran hip hopper wrote on Instagram in a post that has since been deleted. “I’m the baddest Jackson around this motherfucker. Now, if we can get the money right, Rampage got a problem on his hands.”
Judging by the embedded post above, Jackson doesn’t look overly concerned.
Considering our sport has already seen the likes of pro wrestler CM Punk (twice), football star Herschel Walker, and bloated boxer James Toney, just to name a few, there’s no reason we can’t add yet another freak show fight and shout PRIDE NEVER DIE to make it appear less offensive.
