The show must go on!
Combate Americas returns to the West Coast this Friday night (May 11, 2018) with yet another stacked line up, this time pitting the best of its United States combatants against a bevy of battle-tested warriors from Mexico.
But it will have to be without atomweight grappler Kyra Batara.
Replacing the injured “Mogwai” on super-short notice is 105-pound upstart Brenda Enriquez, who looks to upset the division apple cart by toppling streaking contender Lisbeth Lopez Silva in their three-round, catchweight (110 lbs.) headliner.
