Top strawweight contender Tecia Torres is now training with reigning 115-pound champion Rose Namajunas ahead of her UFC on FOX 30 mixed martial arts (MMA) fight on Sat., July 28, 2018 inside Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Namajunas holds two wins over Jedrzejczyk — one of them by knockout — and will no doubt share some of her in-fight knowledge with “Tiny Tornado.” It should also be worth noting that “Thug Rose” defeated Torres at UFC on FOX 19 back in 2016.
A loss for Jedrzejczyk would effectively eliminate her from the strawweight title chase, though it wouldn’t automatically push Torres into a title shot, as she’s coming off a loss to Jessica Andrade her last time out.
