Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is set to invade Boise, Idaho on July 14, 2018 with UFC Fight Night 133, and the promotion is set to bring an entertaining Lightweight scrap between Paul Felder and James Vick, which will go down inside CenturyLink Arena.
Well, sort of:
Confused about the picture? Don’t be:
Felder was initially matched up to face Al Iaquinta at UFC 223 last month before “Ragin” was yanked from the 155-pound showdown and put into a divisional champion showdown against Khabib Nurmagoemdov in the headlining spot of the pay-per-view (PPV) event.
“The Irish Dragon” has won three in a row, but will have a tough task on his hands trying to collect consecutive win number four. That’s because James has won four in a row with is lone loss in mixed martial arts (MMA) coming at the hands of Beniel Dariush back in 2016.
A win over Felder will be the biggest of his UFC career and help him obtain the much-desired publicity he has yet to get courtesy of the ever-powerful UFC public relations machine.
UFC Fight Night 133 is set to feature a heavyweight bout that will see former division champion Junior dos Santos make his long-awaited return to action as he faces off against Blagoy Ivanov. Also, Cat Zingano will face off against Marion Reneau in women’s Bantamweight action.
