Don’t worry, it was a tactical move.
Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion, Conor McGregor, just bought a $1.5 million vacation home in Spain, complete with custom gym, LED driveway, and indoor spa, because not working for months at a clip is exhausting.
That said, I don’t think he’ll be shooting his uzi in this sweet pad.
McGregor has plenty of money to throw around after banking $30 million for his loss to Floyd Mayweather Jr. last August. And that’s just his disclosed purse, which doesn’t include past UFC payouts and current endorsement deals like this one.
Hopefully he doesn’t spend it all on custom suits.
The “Notorious” trash-talker is expected back inside the Octagon later this year, just as soon as he’s done making amends with the New York legal system. And I'm sure fellow lightweight Michael Chiesa will buy a few things of his own after this.
A small price to pay for being a grown-ass man.
