There was a lot to like about UFC Fight Night 129 last night (Sat., May 19, 2018) from inside Movistar Arena in Santiago, Chile, as the card produced six finishes in total with five coming in the first round.
Outside of Kamaru Usman dominating Demian Maia in the main event, Tatiana Suarez lived up to her hype by choking out Alexa Grasso, light heavyweight sensation Dominick Reyes put a quick stop to Jared Cannonier, former Invicta FC star Andrea Lee made a successful UFC debut, Vicente Luque slept Chad Laprise with one punch, Poliana Botelho liver kicked her way to the fastest finish in women’s strawweight history, Gabriel Benitez ended Humberto Bandenay in 39 seconds via slam, and Claudio Puelles pulled off an insane come-from-behind submission finish over Felipe Silva.
