The effects of today's (Thurs., April 5, 2018) wild series of events during Conor McGregor's rampage in Brooklyn, N.Y., are still trickling in.
Aside from an alleged arrest warrant being issued, property damage and Artem Lobov getting pulled from his fight against Alex Caceres, Michael Chiesa suffered several facial lacerations. And now Chiesa’s fight against Anthony Pettis -- which was set to be a featured pay-per-view (PPV) main card bout — is in limbo.
Chiesa intends to fight. Whether he will or not, and what weight it will be at, nobody seems to know at this point. He lost hours of cut time. Several facial cuts, on bridge of nose and hairline, I'm told. The guy is at the hotel though, cutting weight, trying to fight.

Meanwhile, the latest video footage of the melee from inside the fighter van shows the exact moment "Maverick" suffered his potential fight-canceling injuries after “Notorious” launched a dolly through one of the van’s windows.

UFC President Dana White slammed McGregor and his goon squad for their actions and proclaimed — at least for now — that he is not interested in being in business with his former Lightweight and Featherweight champion.
As of this posting, “Notorious” is still on the loose, though law enforcement officials are looking to question the raging Irishman. As always, keep it tuned to MMAmania.com for more on this wild and developing story.
