Take a look as English welterweight Jack Mason (29-17-1) gets checked on by one gutsy doctor after taking a beating at the hands of Swedish savage Hakon Foss (9-5) earlier today (Sat., April 28, 2018) at Cage Warriors 93 from inside the Lisebergshallen arena in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Mason, who was cut above his left eye, officially lost via first-round TKO and was most likely saved from further damage by referee Marc Goddard’s timely stoppage. With a nickname like “Stone,” you would think that Mason would never split open quite like this.
While the English veteran is going to have to deal with his third-straight knockout loss, he’s lucky that his head is still on his shoulders.
Pretty nasty stuff, am I right?
