Rashad Evans and Quinton Jackson have a lot in common.
Both are former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight titleholders, have held the position of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 10 coach, and appeared in mainstream movies.
Evans took the silver screen in the 2009 flick “Death Warrior,” while Jackson famously appeared in The A-Team as B.A. Baracus. Now, they’ll fight side-by-side — instead of against one another — in the upcoming movie “Boss Level.”
Here’s more:
Boss Level is about “a retired special forces officer [who] is trapped in a never ending time loop on the day of his death,” according to IMDB. The lead actor is Frank Grillo, perhaps best known as “Crossbones” in the Captain America movies.
Evans defeated Jackson by unanimous decision when they went to war in the UFC 114 pay-per-view (PPV) main event way back in 2010, and despite this impromptu face off, appear to have put their differences behind them.
