UFC Atlantic City: Kevin Lee misses weight ahead of Edson Barboza main event

Might be time to revisit this move.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UC) lightweight contender, Kevin Lee, missed weight for his UFC Fight Night 128 headliner this Saturday night (April 21, 2018), taking place on FOX Sports 1 inside Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

But that doesn’t mean he’s a “bitch,” right?

As a result, “The Motown Phenom” — clocking in at 157 pounds — will surrender 20-percent of his purse to opponent Edson Barboza, who tipped the scale at 155.6 pounds (get complete UFC Fight Night 128 weigh-in results here).

Also coming in heavy was women’s bantamweight Aspen Ladd (137.8), who will also cough up 20-percent of her fight purse to Leslie Smith (135.4). In addition, Magomed Bibulatov blew out his back and withdrew from his flyweight bout against Ulka Sasaki (details here).

What a mess.
