Anthony Joshua and Joseph Parker will collide in a battle of undefeated heavyweight boxing champions inside Principality Stadium in Cardiff this Sat. night (March 31, 2018) on Showtime pay-per-view (PPV).
But before they can throw hands, they must weigh in, and both fighters were able to make weight because ... well, it’s a heavyweight fight and there is no limit, so it really doesn’t matter what the numbers are.
But for the sake of the weigh-in formality, it was Joshua at 242 and Parker at 236.
Joshua has faced 20 opponents and knocked them all out, including his destruction of Carlos Takam last October, also in Wales. Parker, meanwhile, holds a professional record of 24-0 with 18 knockouts and was last seen taking a decision win over Hughie Fury last September in Manchester.
