Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is headed back to “The Garden State.”
The world’s leading mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion recently announced its plans to return to Boardwalk Hall Arena on Sat., April 21, 2018 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, an event likely to air on FOX Sports 1.
Leading the charge will be lightweight striker Edson Barboza, as he looks to keep fellow contender Kevin Lee at bay in their pivotal 155-pound match up. In the UFC Fight Night 128 co-headliner, Frankie Edgar makes a quick turnaround to run it back with featherweight slugger Cub Swanson.
All four combatants were featured on the UFC Atlantic City Poster, conveniently embedded above.
Not surprisingly, next month’s televised event will be stacked with local talent, including Jim Miller, David Branch, Corey Anderson, and other Tri-State bangers, just to name a few.
