Bellator 200: “Carvalho vs. Mousasi” takes place at SSE Arena in London, England, on May 25, 2018, featuring Middleweight champion Rafael Carvalho (15-1) against former Strikeforce and DREAM champion, Gegard Mousasi (43-6-2), in the Spike TV-televised main event.

The international card has gained another intriguing fight, which started with an official statement from the BAMMA promotion regarding MTV reality star-turned mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter, Aaron Chalmers.

“BAMMA, the UK’s premier MMA promotion, has given Aaron ‘The Joker’ Chalmers a conditional one fight release to appear on their promotional partner’s momentous event.”

Bellator quickly followed up with a press release of its own, touting Chalmers as a cast member of MTV’s British reality TV show, “Geordie Shore,” having debuted on the program in 2014 and then making a successful transition to MMA with a first round submission win in 2017.

Both promotions may be looking to keep Chalmers undefeated (3-0) at Bellator 200, as “The Joker” will take on subpar journeyman, Ash Griffiths (4-5). Griffiths is on a three-fight losing streak, which includes taking a pounding from Mohammad Yahya at Bellator 191 in Newcastle last year. The two men will compete at a Catchweight of 163 pounds.
