Rafael dos Anjos just Nate-shamed Tyron Woodley for pursuing Diaz title fight

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) welterweight champion, Tyron Woodley, can’t seem to figure out what he wants to do next, at least in terms of his 170-pound title.

It wasn't that long ago when “The Chosen One” was making promises to move up in weight to challenge for the middleweight title. Then he decided to scrap that plan (probably based on this) to have shoulder surgery.

Now he’s eyeing a potential showdown against lightweight import Nate Diaz — and even willing to bet his house on it (better his than hers).

That didn’t sit well with No. 2-ranked contender and former lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos, who blasted Woodley on social media for ducking him — and just about everyone else in the top five of his division.

“Man up and stop talking about fights that make no sense, everyone knows that I’m the real contender,” Dos Anjos wrote on Twitter. “You want to fight a guy that has never beat a real welterweight in his whole life. Shame on you.”

UFC President Dana White agrees.

Fresh off his “Ruthless” victory, Dos Anjos isn’t the only streaking fighter clamoring for a crack at the welterweight crown.

Wrestling phenom Colby Covington is ranked No. 3 after turning away former title contender Demian Maia (and knocking out this guy), while Stephen Thompson is holding the No. 2 spot hostage after two unsuccessful title shots.

Which is why he proposed this. But is that the answer to this 170-pound conundrum?
