Dana White doubles down on Brock Lesnar’s return, insists ‘very good’ chance of UFC comeback

New, comments

Not just good, very, very, very good.

That’s how promotion president Dana White described the chances of former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar returning to the Octagon.

Blame the ghosts.

Lesnar’s professional wrestling contract, housed under the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) banner, expires after WrestleMania, putting “The Beast Incarnate” back on the open market.

I’m sure this guy will be thrilled.

Never thought back in 2012 when this happened that we might see the day when Lesnar was headlining UFC events while Ronda Rousey was perched atop the latest WWE pay-per-view (PPV).

Weird.

Anyway, nothing is official at this time and Lesnar would need to complete six-months of drug testing before becoming eligible to return, especially since he already made United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) look foolish for doing this by failing his UFC 200 drug test.

Let’s just hope this latest run, if it indeed comes to fruition, doesn’t end in legal action.
