Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is ready for a busy and wild night of fights as UFC 231 is primed and ready to kick off this weekend (Sat., Dec. 8, 2018) from inside Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and will feature Featherweight championship fight between Max Holloway and Brian Ortega.
Max is looking to defend his belt for the second time, while Ortega is in search for his first-ever world title. Meanwhile, former women’s Strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk will face Valentina Shevchenko for the vacant women’s Flyweight title, which will be a chance for “JJ” to make history.
Before Max, Ortega, Shevchenko and “JJ” and the rest of the top-billed fighters take care of business inside the Octagon, the talented combatants were on hand to promote the events by showing off their best moves during the open workouts.
