Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) flyweight, Rachael Ostovich, is scheduled to compete against Paige VanZant at the upcoming UFC on ESPN+ card on Jan. 19 in Brooklyn, New York, in what marks the promotion’s debut for the “Worldwide Leader in Sports.”
But the dialogue heading into her “12 Gauge” contest has nothing to do with mixed martial arts (MMA). Instead, the Hawaiian has been forced to watch her private life play out in public, thanks to assault charges filed against her husband, pro fighter Arnold Berdon.
In fact, a report released today from a Hawaiian media outlet reveals graphic new details about last month’s incident, which includes a play-by-play of cell phone footage obtained from a nearby witness.
I guess in the mad dash to break the news, we may have trampled the victim.

I know the media has a job to do and being a professional athlete is a form of celebrity, which comes with certain sacrifices, but I thought sharing this tweet was more important than publishing some of that other stuff.
