Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returned to the pay-per-view (PPV) market with its UFC 231 mixed martial arts (MMA) event earlier this month in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, featuring the latest and greatest featherweight title defense from reigning division kingpin, Max Holloway.
