Video: Cris Cyborg ejected from shopping cart in nasty spill, please jump to conclusions about her Amanda Nunes fight

With just over a week until fight night, someone decided to release video of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women’s featherweight champion, Cristiane Justino, getting ejected from a shopping cart straight onto the pavement.

There is no word yet on when the video was taken, or whether or not the Brazilian suffered any injuries ahead of her Amanda Nunes title fight at UFC 232, scheduled for Dec. 29, 2018 inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Hopefully this is much ado about nothing, as their pay-per-view (PPV) co-main event is for “Cyborg’s” 145-pound strap, which Nunes was hoping to add to her bantamweight trophy case while becoming the first women’s “champ-champ” in promotion history.

Justino is certainly not helping our anxiety in the matter, publishing a tweet earlier today with nothing but sad face emojis. It’s since been deleted but this is the internet and well, nothing is really gone forever.

UFC 232 will be headlined by the light heavyweight title fight pitting Jon Jones opposite Alexander Gustafsson, who collide for the 205-pound strap that is soon to be relinquished by reigning heavyweight champion, Daniel Cormier.
