Dillon Danis, Sean O’Malley summoned to NSAC disciplinary hearing on Nov. 14

Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) will convene next Wednesday (Nov. 14, 2018) in Las Vegas, Nevada, a meeting that will include a handful of disciplinary hearings for mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters who haven’t been playing by the rules.

That includes Bellator MMA troublemaker Dillon Danis, who was involved in the UFC 229 post-fight brawl last month in “Sin City.” Danis, of course, was attacked by Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov, shortly after “The Eagle” submitted former titleholder, Conor McGregor.

MMA Fighting brought word of the agenda on Thursday.

Aligning with “The Eagle” in the offensive against Team McGregor were Zubaira Tukhugov, Abubakar Nurmagomedov, Rizvan Magomedov, and Esedulla Emiragaev. Not surprisingly, they’ll join Danis in answering for their respective roles in the UFC 229 melee. As of now, all fighters are under temporary suspension.

Also making an appearance at next week’s gathering will be provisionally suspended bantamweight sensation Sean O’Malley. “Sugar” flunked his out-of-competition drug test last September and got yanked from his Jose Quiñonez at UFC 229 (more on that here). He too, remains benched until further notice.

We’ll figure out what’s next in less than a week.
