Conor McGregor reacts to Floyd Mayweather vs Tenshin Nasukawa: ‘Who’s this little prick?’

New, 54 comments

It was only a matter of time before Conor McGregor took aim at his old buddy Floyd Mayweather for taking part in an upcoming bout against undefeated kickboxer, Tenshin Nasukawa, which is set to go down under the RIZIN banner on New Year’s Eve in Japan.

“Notorious” took to social media to clown on “Money” — and Tenshin — for their pending fight, taking aim at Mayweather’s attire while likening the duo to a couple of heavy-hitting Hollywood box office stars.

And not in a good way.

Is that a tracksuit or a sauna suit Floyd haha wtf. is it hot in Tokyo or what’s the story here? that climate change is no joke fuck me hahah. What in the fuck is going on here? Who’s this little prick next to you ? That’s mad shit. Like something out of rush hour 5 or something. Chris tucker and Jackie fucking Chan back in this bitch. Fucking brilliant. Mad little bastard you are Floyd. Fair fucks to you mate. No lie. Fuck it.

Let’s get through Rush Hour 4, first.

The details of the rule set for Mayweather vs Nasukawa, however, are still being kept close to the vest. As far as why this fight came to be, no one really knows that either, as the announcement caught everyone by surprise last night.

Conor has hinted at a possible rematch against Floyd after losing to “Money” in his first-ever professional boxing match to him last year. Though the chances of that actually happening are slim-to-none given Floyd’s dominance. Plus, “Notorious” has a steep hill to climb in mixed martial arts (MMA) if he wants to reclaim Lightweight gold there.

Furthermore, I doubt UFC wants to deal with the kickback it would receive from Khabib Nurmagomedov and Co. if it ever allowed “Notorious” to face off against “Money” in the boxing ring one more time without giving him the opportunity, first.

For now, Mayweather will take his talents to “The Land of the Rising Sun,” while McGregor and Khabib wait to see what kind of sanctions Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) will hit them with following their post-fight dust up.

RIZIN 14 is set to go down inside Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo, Japan, on Dec. 31, 2018, though the broadcast plans and a full fight card have yet-to-be announced.
